Vice president candidate Georgi Kandev voted at the 17th Damyan Gruev secondary school in Sofia, then urged people to vote for their future and their children.

"I voted for a truly new and strong Bulgaria, a Bulgaria in Europe, a Bulgaria of the future and a Bulgaria for our children," Kandev said.

Ivaylo Mirchev of Democratic Bulgaria has claimed that votes are being actively bought. Kandev said he had made no such claim and that Mirchev should answer the question.

In an appeal from the Forum for Democratic Action, GERB leader Boyko Borisov declares support for Andrey Gyurov. Kandev said the declaration clearly states what happened, and that many people signed it, not just Borisov.

"We count on the support of all Bulgarian citizens, those who want a stable and modern Bulgaria of the future," Kandev said.
