Vazrazhdane will not give Andrey Gyurov a single vote in the presidential run-off, party leader Kostadin Kostadinov told a news conference.

Kostadinov said the party asked its sympathisers and supporters, and they say Gyurov should not get a vote. He said a candidate must ask for support from the party, which represents 200,000 citizens. On backing Iotova, Vazrazhdane voters are split into three groups. Some will not vote, others will vote "I don't support anyone", and the rest will back Iotova.

"We cannot give support that nobody has asked for, because we believe that any candidate who wants our support must ask us for it," Kostadinov said.

He said no such request has been made to the party so far.
