SOFIX, the Bulgarian Stock Exchange's main index, closed September's last trading session at 1,476.29 points, up 0.42% — its highest level this year.

The index had already broken through 1,475 points at the end of last week. The broader BGBX40 added 0.12% to reach 241.90 points. BGREIT slipped 0.14% to 242.91 points, while BGTR30 lost 0.36% to 1,148.29 points. BeamX fell 1.70% to 124.46 points.

Sofarma Imoti REIT was the day's most traded stock, with 89 deals moving 63,622 lots for almost 250,000 euros. Its shares dropped 2.99% to 3.9 euros each.

First Investment Bank saw 48 deals and 22,534 lots change hands for almost 95,000 euros, with the price climbing 2.87% to 4.3 euros a lot.

Sofarma also gained, rising 1.97% to 2.59 euros a share, as did Doverie United Holding, up 0.58% to 6.98 euros a share. Shelly Group fell 0.45% to 66.1 euros a share, and Sirma Group dropped 3.67% to 0.78 euros a lot.

Turnover on the main market reached 1.78 million euros. Trading on the alternative market totaled just over 113,000 euros, turnover on the Beam market came to 71,028 euros, and the MTF BSE International segment saw 34,414 euros change hands.
