A 27-year-old driver from the village of Koren has been held for 24 hours in Konstantinovo after a breath test showed 2.7 promille of alcohol, Haskovo regional police (ODMVR) said in their bulletin on 4 November.
The man was driving a Volkswagen and refused to give a blood sample for testing.
